Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Service description
Nihaal Consultant is an independent immigration consultancy based in Pakistan, providing advisory and documentation services for visa applications to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland. Our services include eligibility assessment, document preparation, application submission, and post-decision support.
We are not a law firm. Our services do not constitute legal advice. Where legal advice is required, we will refer you to qualified legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
Government disclaimer
Nihaal Consultant is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government, embassy, consulate, or official immigration authority. Visa decisions are made solely by the immigration authorities of the destination country. We have no influence over those decisions and cannot expedite or guarantee any specific outcome.
Outcome disclaimer
We do not guarantee visa approval, processing time, or any specific result. No consultancy can honestly make such guarantees because visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the issuing authority. What we commit to is a careful eligibility assessment, complete and accurate documentation, and an unhurried filing — the elements that genuinely improve your chances. We will tell you honestly if we believe your application is unlikely to succeed.
Fees and payment
- Initial discovery calls are free.
- Engagement fees are disclosed transparently after we understand your case during the eligibility assessment.
- Fees are payable in accordance with the engagement agreement we sign with you.
- Visa application fees, biometric fees, language test fees, medical examination fees, and any government-imposed charges are payable by you directly to the relevant authority or service provider — these are not included in our consultancy fee.
- Refund terms, where applicable, are set out in your engagement agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. Material misrepresentation can result in visa refusal, bans, or legal action by the destination authority — and is grounds for termination of our engagement.
- Submit documentation in the form and within the timelines we request.
- Respond promptly to communications related to your application.
- Inform us of any changes in your circumstances (employment, marital status, addresses, prior refusals) that may affect your application.
- Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan, your destination country, and any transit countries.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us under the relevant engagement. We are not liable for:
- Visa refusals or delays caused by the destination authority.
- Consequential, indirect, or special damages.
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information you provided to us.
- Losses caused by changes in immigration law, policy, or processing times during your application.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, illustrations, code, and brand marks — is owned by Nihaal Consultant or used under license. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you provide as confidential and only share it with parties strictly necessary to your application (the destination authority, language test providers, designated medical examiners, and the third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy). You agree to similarly treat any non-public information we share with you (assessment methodologies, fee structures, strategic guidance) as confidential.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, subject to the terms set out in the signed engagement agreement. On termination, we will provide a final status update and hand over any documents that belong to you. Fees already paid for work completed are not refundable unless explicitly provided for in the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Dispute resolution
Before commencing any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution under the governing law.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
